Loop Hero is one of the most refreshing games I’ve picked up in years. The loop-based gameplay sounds simple on paper, but the sheer amount of deck-building strategy involved kept me hooked for hours. I love how you place cards to build the world around your hero while they automatically fight through the enemies. It runs perfectly on my PC, and the retro aesthetic is charming without being distracting. It’s definitely a must-have for any fan of roguelikes.
The replay value here is incredible because no two runs ever feel the same. Balancing gear progression with the difficult boss encounters requires real tactical thinking, and unlocking new classes adds so much depth to the experience. I’ve noticed the developers are pretty good with updates, consistently keeping the game feeling fresh and polished. If you enjoy deep progression systems and a dark, moody atmosphere, this game will easily steal your free time. It really is a brilliantly designed masterpiece.
