Death Trash is easily one of the most unique experiences I’ve had in years. The combination of classic CRPG elements with a grotesque, cyberpunk-meets-lovecraftian world is executed perfectly. I really love the top-down action combat, which feels fluid and rewards those who take the time to learn the mechanics. It runs incredibly well on my PC, and the art style is genuinely unforgettable. If you are into deep world-building and dark, weird storytelling, this is a must-play title for your library.
The freedom of choice here is genuinely impressive, as the game really lets you tackle quests in your own style. Whether you prefer stealth, dialogue, or pure chaos, the systems hold up remarkably well. While it’s definitely a niche game, the developers are constantly polishing the experience, making it feel more complete with every update. The atmosphere is thick and moody, standing out from generic RPGs. It’s rare to find a game this bold and original, so I highly recommend diving in.
