Mr. Knight is such a sleeper hit that caught me by surprise with its unique aesthetic and tight combat mechanics. The level design feels focused, and there is a real sense of satisfaction when you finally master the timing of the parry system. While the game starts off relatively simple, the difficulty curve ramps up just enough to keep you on your toes without becoming frustrating. It runs incredibly smooth on my PC, making the fast-paced animations look absolutely stunning in motion.
I honestly didn’t expect to sink this many hours into it, but the replay value is surprisingly high for an indie title. The developers have done a great job with recent updates, squashing a few minor bugs and polishing the character movement to make it feel more fluid. If you enjoy games that value precise inputs and a cool, mysterious atmosphere, this is a must-play. It has quickly become one of my favorite go-to games for a quick gaming session after work.
