Ford Racing Off Road (2008), made by Razorworks, is often seen as the weakest game in the Ford Racing series. Many critics and players said the game has many technical problems, such as bugs, low resolution, and crashes, which make it hard to enjoy.

The game includes off-road racing in different places like deserts, forests, and snowy tracks. It also has around 18 vehicles from Ford and Land Rover. However, many players feel the races are not very fun or exciting, and they become boring quickly.

Reviews on Metacritic for the PC version are very low, around 35% to 50%. Similar feedback was given for PSP, PS2, and Wii versions. Most players agree that the off-road racing idea was not well done and the game feels disappointing overall.
