The Incredible Adventure of Van Helsing III wraps up the trilogy with some really solid improvements to the class system and combat flow. I loved experimenting with the six distinct character classes, which gave the game a lot more depth compared to the earlier entries. The gothic-noir aesthetic looks fantastic on my PC, and the performance is surprisingly smooth even when the screen gets crowded with enemies. It is definitely a must-play for hack-and-slash fans who enjoy witty humor and dark, brooding atmospheres.
While the story feels a bit shorter than the previous installments, the intensity of the boss battles makes up for it. The inventory management and skill trees are intuitive enough that you don’t feel bogged down by numbers, allowing you to focus on the satisfying loot drops. Some players might find the endgame grind a bit repetitive, but the replay value remains high if you enjoy building different character archetypes. Overall, it is a polished conclusion to a very underrated action RPG series.
